SG Domestic Shipping

Shipping is a flat fee of S$4, fulfilled through a door-to-door courier to addresses within Singapore for any order made on studiophilo.work. Order(s) will be shipped within 3-5 working days* after you receive the 'Order Confirmed' email.

International Shipping

At the moment, as a small maker, I do not offer international shipping. But if you’d really like to purchase something from me, do contact me through the form and I will try my best to work out something for you!

Returns

Do you offer returns?

I do not offer returns for both the e-book and any pottery pieces. If your pieces arrive broken, let me know, and the cost will be compensated by the courier’s insurance. But I’ll try my best to pack it safely to my utmost ability to prevent that from happening. As for the e-book, once the email is sent, I’ll have no way of determining if the book was downloaded, hence it is final sale!
